If you were looking for an audio book done by a company called New Millennium Audio and you came to this page, would you still send an email or call the number?
I hope the answer is no.
So why do I still get people calling and emailing me, sometimes more than one a day?

Actually there's a lesson there. Visitors don't read more than they think they need to reed - which is not a lot. Small print on a webpage gets ignored even more than anything that doesn't strike a visitor as what they need within a second.
Considering that, if it's really a concern -- make sure they get other visual cues they're not on the site they think they're visiting.
I sympathise though -- I get mail in Chinese from students applying for PhD's. Even though I'm project manager for the website, can't read Chinese and have nothing to do with PhD applications.
